A lightweight EVA foam yoga block used to bring the floor closer for seated poses, supported stretches, alignment work and mobility drills. It is made in two standard formats, 3 x 6 x 9 in and 4 x 6 x 9 in, so a lower support or the classic full-height block can be chosen to suit the pose and the user. EVA density and firmness vary between specifications and directly affect how much the block compresses under weight, so the intended feel should be confirmed before ordering. Colour, surface texture and edge profile can be specified at the same time.Key details:Materials: EVA foamDimensions: 3 x 6 x 9 in (7.6 x 15.2 x 22.9 cm) and 4 x 6 x 9 in (10.2 x 15.2 x 22.9 cm)
