A multi-height soft plyometric box with a wooden frame covered in eco-PVC, giving a padded surface for box jumps, step-ups and lower-body conditioning. The listed platform measures 36 in long by 30 in wide with selectable heights of 3, 6, 12, 18 and 24 in, so one box covers several jump levels instead of a stack of fixed units. The soft covering reduces impact noise and shin contact compared with a hard box, and the flat top doubles as a step for split squats and step-ups. Confirm the height set, panel material and any printed markings before ordering; size and finish are customisable.Key details:Materials: Eco-PVC covered wooden boxDimensions: 36 x 30 in platform (91.4 x 76.2 cm) with heights of 3, 6, 12, 18 and 24 in (7.6, 15.2, 30.5, 45.7 and 61 cm) as listed
